Where does Mad Honey come from?
The Mad Honey we use comes from remote, mountainous areas of Nepal. This is pure mad honey, known as “cliff honey” or पागल मह, by the locals from high in the mountains of Lamjung Nepal.
Does your Mad Honey contain grayanotoxins?
Absolutely. Otherwise, it would just be honey. The Mad Honey we use is laboratory-tested to assure consistent quality. Our grayanotoxin levels are safe and effective.
What is your shipping policy?
Free US shipping on orders over $100.
We offer reliable shipping worldwide. All US orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days and international orders 2 to 3 weeks.
All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of madhoney.net. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the postal service. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Mad Honey Fulfillment Center, you’ll need to address that with the courier.
What is your refund policey?
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all orders. After receipt of the package, the buyer has 14 days to contact us for a refund. Orders can be refunded or replaced. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition in order to be refunded. All refunds will be paid within 14 days.
If you choose to cancel your order after it has shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you’ve already received your package, contact us before shipping it back.
Is there a minumin age of ordering?
Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. We assume each completed order to be in compliance with this term.

Why is it called “Mad Honey”?
Mad Honey comes from the pollen of certain rhododendron varieties. Compounds called grayanotoxins are found in the flowers of the plant and these compounds hop a ride on the bees and make their way into the honey. Grayanotoxins have a euphoric, enlightening, psychoactive effect on the mind. It’s a happy madness, hence the name “Mad Honey”.
